Nutmeg Voting

Students in 4th and 5th grade have the opportunity to vote for the Nutmeg Book Award in April. The Nutmeg Award is an annual contest run throughout the state of Connecticut where students choose their favorite book from a list of ten nominees. Nominees are announced in May and students can vote the following April for their favorite book. The Tashua Library has multiple copies of each title. All the titles are also available at local bookstores and the Trumbull Library. For more information on the Nutmeg Award and a list of the current nominees you can visit the official web site: www.nutmegaward.org
