Student Service Council News ~ May 2018

This month, the Tashua Student Service Council planned our Earth Week activities. We all got outside for some fresh-air learning and we worked with the lights off to save energy. Students planted grass-hair people with their buddy classes and each classroom made a brief video about a way we can help our planet. Mr. Richard will put them together for us and share the finished product with each classroom. Many students chose to have a meat-free lunch during the week as well. We are looking forward to assisting with our combined JDRF and Jump Rope for Heart activities this month. Our final meeting will be next month where we spend some time reflecting on the projects this year, thinking about what went well and what we might like to change.
