Bingo Committee Description


2015-16 Chair: Kristi Adorante & S Diaz

Date usually held: March 6 pm

Description: This committee handles organizing Bingo night for Tashua School. It is a fun filled night of 15 Bingo games with cash prizes and a Grand prize at the end of the night.  Typically, a raffle also accompanies the event.

Duties: Secure a date and location during the school year prior to the event.  This must be done over the summer or very early in the school year.  Typically done at Madison Middle School. Completion of paperwork which is required by the State of CT. Getting gifts for the raffle from local merchants and teachers. Event promotion—getting flyers out to families at school.  Collection of monies.  
Completion of report after the event to be filed with State of CT.  Getting money to Treasurer of PTA.
